Do you have a minimum commission cost?
No.
What do I need to include in my enquiry?
As much information as possible but we will clarify your entire project before any payment is made.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay your invoice with most payment methods including direct payment, PayPal and bank transfer.
Do you have a payment plan option?
If required we can break your project up into smaller projects to help pay for a piece at a time.
Do I need to own the models already?
We can give you an address to send your models to or we can purchase new ones for you instead.
Can you supply a carry case to go with my project?
We can purchase one as part of the project cost if you wanted, as well as any other accessories you may want.
Where are you based? Do you ship internationally?
We are based in the UK but can ship almost anywhere in the world.
Do you include customs charges in your prices?
We send our items out via recorded delivery with the Royal Mail. We charge postage according to their prices up front so most costs should be taken into account when your project begins.
Can you have my models ready for a deadline?
Of course, this must be agreed by both parties before starting on a project.
Can you strip and repaint models?
As long as you let us know before sending them, the costs would be included in the assembly price.
How do you ensure my models will be safe in transit?
We use plenty of packaging material around each item and in the box. We cannot guarantee there will be no breakages but will endeavour to try our best to prevent them.
How do I keep up to date with my commission?
We will send you updated images as your project progresses and you can contact us any time for an update too.
