Deposit
Once you have been given a quote and would like to go ahead with your painting commission, we require a 50% non refundable deposit of the total project and cost of any models that you need us to purchase up front. This additional charge can be avoided by sending us items directly if you already have the items required for your project. Please note that any commission undertaken via Fiverr will have to be paid for in full up front if the total project amount does not exceed $100.
Purchasing Models
Berzerker Wargaming can buy all models on your behalf. If you already own the models or wish to purchase them yourself; you can either have them delivered directly to us from a retailer, or send them yourself (delivery address can be provided upon request). When choosing this method, please note that you are responsible for them getting to us safely (we recommend using a recorded delivery service).
Payment
We accept payment for our services via a generated invoice which will be sent to you before the project begins. This can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. Upon completion of your project, you will be required to pay the remaining amount of the quoted cost. If this is not paid, Berzerker Wargaming reserves the right to resell or use your models to recuperate time and costs for the business.
Revisions and Communication
Berzerker Wargaming strives to be in constant communication with you while your project is ongoing. Once we are happy we have met the brief we will send you images of the models – once you confirm you are happy with them they will be dispatched ASAP. If you are not happy then you are entitled to ask for revisions to the project within reason, for example; The colour pallet selected cannot be changes but the hues can be shifted. The models cannot be changed but positionings can be altered slightly.
Packaging and Shipping
We ensure that all miniatures are well packaged and will arrive in perfect condition. Models will be shipped with tracked delivery; the delivery cost and method will be included in your initial quote. We ship all cross the UK but international shipping may require additional costs which can be discussed while building your quote.
Returns
We do not accept returns once models have been shipped. Before any projects are delivered, you will be updated with lots of pictures and nothing will be sent or finalised until you are 100% happy with the final condition.
Rights to Use
Berzerker Wargaming reserves the rights to use any and all images taken of the models both before and after the commission process for the use in advertising and social media posts etc. Unless asked for directly, Berzerker Wargaming will never mention, link or direct public viewers to the project owner or customer. This can be done upon request for no extra charges, fees or restrictions.
